The service

CallFix provides an AI receptionist that answers phone calls for your business, answers common questions, collects caller details, books appointments, sends text confirmations and transfers calls according to the setup we agree with you.

Free demo

The custom demo is free and comes with no obligation. We build it from the information you provide and public information about your business.

Pricing, billing and cancellation

The service costs $500 per month unless we agree otherwise in writing. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us, for how you use the service, and for complying with laws that apply to your business, including laws on call recording, text messaging and consumer protection.

You must not use the service for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes.

Limits of the service

The AI receptionist can make mistakes and is not a replacement for emergency services. It does not give professional advice (for example legal, medical or financial advice). Callers with an emergency should always call their local emergency number.

We work to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CallFix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
