Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter: company name, website, industry, your name, email address and phone number, and the language you used on our site.
When our receptionist answers calls for your business, we process call audio, transcripts, caller phone numbers and the details callers share, on your behalf.
Like most websites, our servers log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies to track you across sites.
How we use information
To build and send your demo, reply to your requests and provide our service.
To answer, summarize and route calls, book appointments and send confirmations for our customers.
To keep our service secure, prevent abuse and improve how it works.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run CallFix (for example hosting, email delivery, telephony and speech processing), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law.
Call recordings
Our customers decide whether calls are recorded. Where the law requires it, callers are told that the call may be recorded. Customers are responsible for meeting the call-recording rules that apply to them.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
Your rights
